Privacy Policy

Last updated: 12 June 2026

Wandrize ("we") provides an independent visa- and residency-readiness tool covering multiple countries. This policy explains what we collect and how we handle it, consistent with the EU GDPR, the UK GDPR, and Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). It applies to visitors worldwide.

🔒 The short version: the free check runs in your browser and isn't sent to us. We only collect personal data (your email, your answers) when you buy a report or subscribe. We never sell your data, and we never collect passport scans or bank documents through the site.

1. The free check runs in your browser

When you use a free eligibility check or the "where can I live" matcher, your answers are processed entirely in your own browser. They are not transmitted to us or stored on our servers, and we cannot see them.

2. What we collect when you buy or subscribe

When you buy a report or subscribe, we collect the following to provide what you've paid for:

We do not collect passport scans, bank statements, account numbers, or other sensitive documents through the website.

3. Watch alert subscriptions

If you subscribe to Watch, we store your email and the country/countries you've asked us to monitor, so we can email you when a relevant rule changes (and a short regular update). You can unsubscribe at any time from any email.

4. Marketing email (opt-in only)

We only send marketing or relocation-tips email if you actively opt in (e.g. tick a box to "email me my result"). You can withdraw consent and unsubscribe at any time.

5. Aggregated, de-identified trends

We may use aggregated, de-identified information about how the tools are used — for example "what share of users in a given income band qualify for a given country" — to improve the service and to publish general relocation trends. We do not publish it with your name or email, and we suppress small groups that could otherwise identify someone. We don't claim it is impossible to re-identify in every case, but it is not used to single you out.

6. Analytics & fonts

We intend to use a privacy-friendly, cookie-light analytics tool (such as Plausible) to understand, in aggregate, which pages are visited and where visitors come from; if we ever use a tool that sets non-essential cookies, we'll ask for consent first. Our pages currently load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google to fetch them — we may self-host these in future to avoid that request.

7. Why we process it (legal basis)

8. Sharing

We use trusted processors: a payment processor (e.g. Stripe), our hosting/CDN provider, and an email provider to send your report and alerts. We do not sell your data. Some links are affiliate referrals; if you click them, those third parties have their own privacy policies.

9. Retention & your rights

We keep order and subscription data only as long as needed to deliver and support your purchase and to meet legal/accounting obligations, then delete it. Under the GDPR, UK GDPR, and PDPA you may request access, correction, deletion, or portability of your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent. Email us to exercise these rights; we respond within the timeframes the law requires.

10. International transfers

Our processors may store data outside your country, including in the EU, the UK, and the US. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) offered by those providers.

11. Contact

Questions or data requests: [email protected].

This is a starting template, not legal advice. Privacy, consumer, and advertising obligations vary by country — have a qualified lawyer review this and the Terms before you take payments.
