Terms of Service

Last updated: 12 June 2026
Read this first. Wandrize provides general information to help you prepare for a visa or residency application. It is not legal advice, not immigration advice, and not tax advice. Using Wandrize does not create a lawyer–client, adviser–client, or any other professional relationship. Always confirm your situation with the relevant embassy/consulate or a licensed adviser before applying or moving money.

1. What Wandrize is — and isn't

Wandrize is an independent visa- and residency-readiness guide covering multiple countries. It helps you understand published requirements and prepare your own application. Wandrize is not:

Everything we provide is general information, not advice tailored to your individual legal circumstances.

2. No professional or advisory relationship

Buying a report or using any tool does not create a lawyer–client, migration-agent–client, financial-adviser–client, or fiduciary relationship. Our reviewers are not acting as your legal or immigration representative. In some countries — for example the United Kingdom and Australia — giving personalised immigration advice is a regulated activity; nothing Wandrize provides is regulated immigration advice, and you should consult a registered adviser for that.

3. No guarantee of outcome

Immigration and tax authorities exercise discretion and change rules and practice frequently, and individual consulates may apply rules differently. We build guidance on official government sources and label our confidence, but we cannot guarantee approval, eligibility, processing times, or that any authority will apply the rules as described. You are responsible for verifying current requirements with the relevant official source before acting.

4. Tax information is not tax advice

Where we mention tax regimes (for example Spain's "Beckham Law", Cyprus Non-Dom status, Greek Article 5C, or territorial-tax systems), this is general information only. Tax outcomes depend on your personal circumstances and your home country's rules (US citizens, for instance, are taxed on worldwide income regardless of residence). Confirm any tax position with a licensed tax adviser.

5. Paid services & scope

Some countries' paid reviews may be temporarily unavailable while we verify their rules against official sources; in that case only the free information is provided.

6. Your responsibilities

You agree to give accurate information, to use Wandrize for your own lawful preparation, and to independently verify anything you rely on with the relevant official source or a licensed professional before applying, travelling, or committing money.

7. Refunds & cancellation

The Instant Audit is refundable before the report is generated. The Specialist Review is refundable before a reviewer begins work; once delivered it is non-refundable. Subscriptions (e.g. Watch alerts) can be cancelled any time and are not charged during the free-trial period. Contact us for a refund.

EU/UK consumers — cooling-off: you normally have a 14-day right to cancel a distance purchase. Because the Instant Audit is delivered immediately, we ask you at checkout to consent to immediate delivery and to acknowledge you lose that 14-day right once the report is generated; where that consent isn't given, your statutory cancellation right still applies. (Confirm the exact mechanism and wording for your jurisdiction with your lawyer before launch.)

8. Affiliate links

Some recommendations and "move checklist" links are affiliate referrals. If you buy through them we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. We aim to recommend genuinely useful services, but each provider has its own terms and you are responsible for your own decisions.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wandrize provides everything "as is", and is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on the information. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law — including for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your non-excludable statutory consumer rights.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Wandrize operates. (Set this to your real operating jurisdiction with your lawyer before launch.)

11. Changes & contact

We may update these terms; the "last updated" date shows the current version. Questions: [email protected].

This is a starting template, not legal advice. Visa, tax, consumer, and advertising rules vary by country — have a qualified lawyer in your operating jurisdiction review this and the Privacy Policy before you take payments.
