LTR — Work-from-Thailand (10-year)
The LTR Work-from-Thailand Professional is a 10-year visa for high-earning remote employees of established overseas firms. It is processed centrally by the BOI. Freelancers usually do not qualify and tend to use the DTV instead.

Who it's for
Remote employees earning at least $80,000/yr who work for a public/listed company, or a private company with 3+ years of operation and at least $50M combined revenue over 3 years.
Requirements
- Employer must be verified: a public/listed company, OR a private company with 3+ years operation and ≥$50M combined revenue over 3 years.
- Income of $80k+/yr (two years of evidence).
- Health insurance of at least $50k (or $100k held in a bank for 12 months).
- Freelancers usually do not qualify — WFT needs an overseas employer.
