Applicants aged 50 or over applying from their home country who can meet the financial test and carry the required health insurance.
Requirements
- Applicant must be 50 or older.
- Either ฿800,000 in a bank or ฿65,000/mo income.
- Police clearance and a medical certificate.
- Health insurance of at least ฿3,000,000 / ~$100k (COVID-inclusive) — do not rely on the older ฿40k/฿400k figure.
