Retirement — Non-O-X (10-year)

The Non-O-X is a 10-year retirement visa for higher-net-worth applicants aged 50 and over from eligible nations. The financial requirement must be maintained for the first year after you receive the visa.

Who it's for

Applicants aged 50+ from roughly 14 eligible nationalities (Japan, Australia, much of Western Europe, UK, Canada, USA) who can meet the higher financial test.

Requirements

• Applicant must be 50 or older.
• Limited to ~14 nationalities (Japan, Australia, much of W. Europe, UK, Canada, USA) — confirm with the mission.
• ฿3,000,000 in a Thai financial institution (or ฿1.8M + ฿1.2M/yr income), maintained for the FIRST YEAR after you receive the visa — not held 12 months before applying.
• Thai OIC-approved health insurance: ฿40,000 outpatient + ฿400,000 inpatient.
